1The Inspiration

We built AeroClaim after a grueling 6-hour delay at the gate where the airline repeatedly tried to push travel vouchers instead of the legal cash refund and expense reimbursements we were entitled to. Realizing that navigating airline policies for both ticket refunds and meal/hotel reimbursements is intentionally difficult for the average consumer, we decided to automate the bureaucracy. We built a proprietary engine to force airlines to comply with federal law, leveling the playing field for passengers everywhere.
