1The Inspiration

We built AeroClaim after a grueling 6-hour delay after reaching the gate where the airline repeatedly tried to push travel vouchers instead of the legal cash refund we were entitled to. Realizing that the federal DOT mandate (14 CFR § 260.6) is intentionally difficult to navigate for the average consumer, we decided to automate the bureaucracy. We built a proprietary tracking and submission engine to force airlines to comply with federal law, leveling the playing field for passengers everywhere.
