By accessing or using AeroClaim ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

AeroClaim provides software tools to help passengers generate and submit demand letters to airlines requesting refunds under DOT 14 CFR § 260.6.

AeroClaim is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or guarantee any specific outcome regarding your refund claim.

You attest that all information provided to AeroClaim (including flight details, passenger names, and PNRs) is accurate and truthful. Submitting fraudulent claims is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroClaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

AeroClaim services are rendered instantly upon submission. As such, the service fee cannot be canceled once initiated. Refunds or voided authorizations are only provided if the airline legally denies your refund claim and you submit valid proof through our Appeal Portal.
