2Data Minimization & Security
AeroClaim employs strict data minimization protocols. Once a claim is resolved (either successfully refunded or voided), your Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as your name and email address, is automatically redacted from our databases.
Any images or screenshots uploaded to our Appeal Portal are processed in-memory and are never saved to disk.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with airlines on your behalf regarding your refund claim, and to provide you with status updates via email.
